Yoga Therapy –
1 1/2 to 2hrs – Yoga Therapy is the process of empowering individuals to manage their health using the principles and tools of yoga. It is about assisting the whole individual, rather than focusing solely on the condition presented. Each individuals’ practice is developed in collaboration with the Yoga therapist.
Together we will explore a personal practice that is manageable and supports your individual journey to wellness or acceptance.
One on one specialist work for individuals who may have specific health – physical and or mental illness issues they would like to work on with the support of a therapist and the tools of yoga.
